Terms of Donation
Voluntary Nature
All donations to MoCL are given freely and voluntarily. They do not entitle the donor to goods, services, or influence over the ministry’s decisions.

Mission Use
Donations are used solely to support MoCL’s mission: preserving and sharing the writings of Fr. Tadros Y. Malaty and other Christ-centred resources.
No Personal Profit
Transparency
Funds are applied to publishing, translation, hosting, technology, and outreach. No individual receives personal profit from donations.
3. Payment Providers
Squarespace Donations
Squarespace
One-off and recurring donations may be processed securely through Squarespace. Payments are returned to the original method in the rare case of a refund (see Refund Policy).
Stripe Payments
Stripe
Some donations are processed through Stripe. All card details are encrypted, and no sensitive data is stored by MoCL.
4. Transparency & Reporting
Annual summaries of income and expenses are published for accountability.
Donations may be pooled with others to cover shared costs (e.g., publishing or digital services).
Gift Aid is not currently available (MoCL is not yet a UK-registered charity).
5. Legal Notes
MoCL is presently an unincorporated faith-based initiative.
Funds are received into a dedicated business account used exclusively for MoCL for transparent financial management.
Upon UK charity registration, these terms may be updated to reflect new legal obligations.
