Thank you for supporting the mission. This page explains how refunds are handled with care, transparency, and fairness.

  1. Nature of Donations

All donations are considered voluntary gifts to support MoCL’s mission. Donations do not create any contractual entitlement to goods, services, or influence over the ministry.

2. Refund Requests

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at donations@mindofchristlight.com within 14 calendar days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.

3. Payment Providers

  • Squarespace Donations

Refunds are processed back to the original card or payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

  • Stripe Donations

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe fees deducted at the time of donation are non-refundable, which may affect the amount returned.

4. Timeframes

  • Refund requests acknowledged within 7 days

  • Approved refunds processed within 14 days of approval

  • Bank or card networks may cause additional delays

5. Limitations

  • Refunds only apply to mistaken or unauthorised transactions.

  • Donations older than 14 days cannot normally be refunded.

  • Refunds do not apply to purchases made through third-party retailers (e.g. Amazon KDP).
